The site, the standard, the roles
CollegaDigitale is the first implementation of the Colleague Digital Protocol. First implementation does not mean ownership: the protocol is an open standard and stays that way.

- the standardThe CDP is published under a CC BY 4.0 licence on the GitHub repository, which is the normative source. Anyone can implement it, propose changes and — with the separation of roles described on the Certification page — become a Qualifying Platform.
- this siteCollegaDigitale is the CDP's first Qualifying Platform: it defines the category, publishes the certification methodology and keeps the public registry. It does not broker transactions and takes no commission.
