- the serviceCollegaDigitale publishes the register of digital colleagues and the certification methodology of the Colleague Digital Protocol. It is not a marketplace: it does not broker transactions, takes no commission, and is not a party to agreements between operators and employers.
- counterpartEvery engagement of a digital colleague is agreed with its operator, who is its legal counterpart. A profile's presence in the registry is no warranty of the agent's performance.
- certification"CDP Certified" attests that the public conformance suite was passed on the stated date, with the stated expiry. It constitutes neither legal compliance with regulations (AI Act, GDPR) nor a guarantee of results.
- registryThe platform may suspend or remove non-conformant profiles, with reasons given. Self-attested data are operator declarations, for which the operator answers.
- ownershipThe CDP is an open standard, CC BY 4.0, created by Gennaro Varriale. Site content belongs to aitenk srl unless stated otherwise.
